Business Hours & Turnaround Times

• Closed on Sundays: Please note that we are unavailable on Sundays.
• Artwork (Logos, Flyers, Business Cards, etc.): Standard turnaround is 5-8 business days. Need it sooner? Add our Rush Fee for expedited service!
• Branding Packages: Turnaround time is 5-15 business days, starting after all required information is submitted.
• Websites/Website Revamps: Standard turnaround is 3-5 weeks. With a Rush Fee, websites can be completed in 1-2 weeks after all information is provided.

Please note, turnaround times may increase during periods of high order volume. If delays occur, updates will be communicated promptly. Thank you for your understanding!

Communication Policy

• Order/Project Inquiries: Communication regarding orders or projects will no longer be accepted via direct message (DM). However, for quick questions about our business operations or policies, feel free to reach out via a brief message.
• Consultations for Website Orders: Each website order includes 2 free consultation calls. If additional consultations are needed, they can be scheduled for $50, which covers 2 additional calls.
• Efficient Turnaround: To ensure faster completion of your order, please minimize unnecessary interruptions or excessive contact during the project.
• Professional Conduct: Kindly address me in a respectful and professional manner. I reserve the right to withdraw from a project if I experience unprofessional or disrespectful behavior.

Preparation Guidelines & Policy

• Have a Clear Vision: Before booking, please come with a well-thought-out idea or vision for your project. Clients who book without a clear plan and try to "figure it out" along the way often experience delays, added confusion, and additional fees. This can also extend the set turnaround time.
• Collaborative Clarity: To ensure your project turns out exactly how you envision it, it's crucial to communicate your preferences clearly. While I’m here to bring your ideas to life, I’m not a mind-reader or magician. Having a clear concept will help us create something you’ll love!
• Freestyle Projects: If you opt for a freestyle design, please note that our creative visions may differ. This might lead to multiple revisions or adjustments, which is perfectly fine, but starting with a small concept can make the process smoother.
• Finalization & File Policy: Once your project files are delivered, no changes or re-sends can be made. Files will be securely deleted 48 hours after delivery, so please download and save them promptly.

Change of Concept & Revision Policy

There’s absolutely nothing wrong with changing your mind! However, if you decide to change the core concept of your project—such as your business name, color palette, or overall design direction—this will require restarting the project. In such cases, a new design fee will apply.

Each project includes 3 free revisions to fine-tune your design. Any additional revisions beyond this limit will incur an additional fee.
